Score Music Magazine: Romance of the Spaceways

Location: Chicago via Mars

Notable Lyric: “Taste your lips. It’s sweet on our cigarette” – “Taste” and… “Molly Molly make love to me, beneath the stars in the Sangria machine” – “Molly Molly”

Factoid: William Steffey used the word compendium in a sentence. Properly. Extra points have been duly awarded.

Serve With: Depeche Mode on X.

Comments: There is something immediately ’80s new-wave about William Steffey – even if I’m the only one hearing that, I love it! A grand mix of well-placed electronics that skates the edges of house music without that annoying shoe-in-a-dryer sound. His vocals are pure and empowering on every track. Sexy beats reminiscent of Enigma entangled with modern day synth, ’70s disco and a touch of rock ‘n’ roll begs the tush to move. Enchanting. Enlightening. Delightful.

Press play and repeat accordingly!
