Radio One Chicago: Belfast single

Veteran Chicago musician William Steffey has just dropped a stand-alone single and video for “Belfast.” This is Steffey’s tenth official release since the early aughts and earns its singular status by offering up something truly postmodern: anthemic 80’s vocals, big 90s guitars, very contemporary production and classic songwriting. The video follows suit by pairing cutting-edge graphics and effects with vintage TVs and a rustic barroom location.
