For the very first edition of my newsletter back in Feb of 2017, I wrote a review of an ACLU benefit concert that included a set by Jenny Pulse who was playing under the name Spa Moans. Jenny is an ultra-talented electronic singer/songwriter whose work has matured even more with her new release, Marmalade, which came out digitally and on vinyl just this month. Jenny’s vibe is chill, sultry, and angelic and I’m thrilled to announce that she is going to be the lyricist / vocalist for the Airport Hookers project. She’s got a short East Coast tour coming up this month, and will be starting on her vocal tracks for Song01 upon her return (and hopefully come up with a more creative name for the track!) In the meantime, I’m hoping to start on Song02 with the other members of AH. Stay tuned for more posts and behind-the-scenes videos from the tarmac.
